Founder/Owner
Vinnie Carbo
Vinnie began his career in the worker’s compensation industry over 20 years ago with Durable Medical Equipment, Orthotics & Prosthetics, Home Health, Home Modifications and Nurse Case Management. In 2016, knowing there had to be a better way to help clients with their claimant’s needs post-injury, he decided to open Levius to put ideas to work by offering a more boutique/concierge approach with a high touch, high service result for referrals instead of a complicated, time consuming process that required multiple touch points for adjusters and nurse case managers. Levius just celebrated 8 years of rapid growth and our entire team shares the same incredible work ethic and commitment to customer service that Vinnie has always demonstrated. Vinnie obtained his MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University and served as President of the New Orleans Claims Association and President of the Louisiana Claims Association. He is also a lifetime member of David Crockett Volunteer Fire Department and a Certified Firefighter level 2. Vinnie lives in Springfield, LA with his wife and three children, and enjoys spending time with his family, boating, fishing, coaching his boys’ sports teams and attending his daughter’s dance competitions.

Sarah Broughton
Sarah has worked in the healthcare industry since 1991 with responsibilities stemming from customer service, inside sales and revenue analytics. In 2010, due to her vast knowledge of HCPC codes and durable medical equipment, she accepted a management position in the worker’s comp arena where she and her group successfully created and managed the catalog of all products, HCPC codes and pricing for durable medical equipment and home health for all 50 states. She was also the internal liaison for the sales teams and account management teams, and it was through that role that she met Vinnie Carbo, the owner of Levius. With the teams' dedication to excellent customer service and knowledge of products and services, Levius continues to grow in the industry in all states. Sarah takes great pride in her team and of making things easier for their clients. Sarah lives in Atlanta with her husband and chocolate lab. She enjoys cooking, baking, and gardening.
Provider Relations Manager
Shannon Fields
Shannon began in the worker’s comp industry in 2006 and immediately grasped the knowledge of not only regular DME, but excelled in more complex items such as custom specialty wheelchairs, specialty beds and home/vehicle modifications. Shannon joined Levius in 2018, also bringing with him a vast knowledge of vendor contracting and IT development along with the more complex orders for catastrophic claimants. Shannon lives in Ohio on his farm, and when he is not gardening/landscaping or fishing with his family, he loves spending time with his rescue Yorkie.

Leigh Pipitone
Leigh has worked in healthcare with Durable Medical Equipment, Orthotics & Prosthetics, Home/Vehicle Modifications & Home Health since 2005. In her 18 year tenure in the Worker’s Compensation Industry, she has gained vast knowledge in multiple product/service lines, allowing immediate impact to quickly onboard and fulfill orders. She has held positions as customer service rep, team lead, and supervisor, and was welcomed into the Levius group in 2020 as customer service manager. Leigh lives in Georgia with her husband, son, and two little Shih Tzu’s. She likes to spend time spoiling her dogs, supporting Georgia Football (Go Dawgs!), golfing with friends and family and at every opportunity, going to the beach.

Mayra Palacios
Mayra has worked in the healthcare industry with Durable Medical Equipment, Orthotics & Prosthetics & Home Health since 2016. She quickly became proficient in these product lines which allowed her to create new ways of cross-training employees to ensure all employees would be able to process every order assigned to them. This earned her the promotion to team lead with her previous company. Her dedication continues in providing the highest level of customer service to all patients, adjusters and nurse case managers. She was welcomed into the Levius group in 2021. Mayra lives in Georgia with her husband, two boys and very old, yet spirited poodle. She loves to cook for all of her loved ones and is a dedicated soccer mom year round.

Randy Hulin
Randy began in sales in the work comp industry over 30 years ago working with on-site nurse case management services and cost containment for all product lines in Oklahoma and Texas. He currently serves as President of the Oklahoma City Claims Association and has been an active board member for over 17 years. He also serves as Treasurer of CMSA Board of Oklahoma City and has been an active member for over 10 years. Randy lives in Oklahoma City, OK with his family and enjoys RV life! He travels around to local lakes in Oklahoma and surrounding states. He takes his rescue dog George with him on all his RV outings.

Krista Henderson
Krista handles all payables and receivables for Levius Medical, Inc. as well as other marketing responsibilities. She received her Bachelor of Science in Finance, Magna Cum Laude from Southeastern Louisiana University. Krista comes from a diverse background, previously working as a Financial Analyst for Chevron and a Credit Analyst for Parish National Bank.
