Standard/Specialty Orders
We provide standard and custom orders including ambulatory equipment, bathroom aids such as raised toilet seats and 3-in-1 commodes, standard, bariatric, and custom wheelchairs and scooters, standing frames, FES RT exercise devices, cold therapy, and CPM units. Each solution is delivered accurately and on time, supporting SmartSpend medical cost efficiency.
Durable Medical Equipment
Our custom power chairs, wheelchairs, and scooters offer personalized mobility for everyday use and rehabilitation. We also provide hospital and home care beds, custom bracing, CPM devices, and hot/cold therapy units to support recovery needs. Together, these solutions enhance comfort, restore independence, and accelerate healing.
Orthotics/Prosthetics
We provide transtibial, transfemoral, partial foot, and upper extremity prosthetics, as well as vacuum-assisted sockets and microprocessor systems. Our orthotic line includes KAFOs, AFOs, spinal and cervical bracing, ACL knee braces, walking boots, ankle braces, compression garments, and custom shoes—specialized devices that deliver targeted support for comfort and mobility.
Discharge Concierge
Levius manages hospital discharges after surgeries or stays, coordinating Medical Equipment, Home Health Services, and Home Modifications. Our care coordinators work closely with discharge planners and physicians to ensure patients leave the hospital with everything they need, making transitions safer, smoother, and more comfortable.
Ramps
Levius offers a wide selection of ramps, including portable, modular, vehicle-mounted, and threshold options. Our network of specialists handle installations, repairs, elevator and stairlift services, as well asother home modifications. All projects are ADA compliant, providing safe, reliable solutions that help injured workers regain independence.
Medical Supplies
Our comprehensive wound care solutions use advanced products to promote healing and patient comfort. We also provide urinary and incontinence products, apparel, beds and mattresses, central sterile supplies, foot and ankle supports, gloves, lids, nursing supplies, nutrition, skin care, textiles, therapy and rehabilitation equipment, and urology and ostomy products.
Electrotherapy

Hearing Aids
Levius provides comprehensive hearing solutions through a nationwide network. Services include hearing evaluations, auditory processing assessments, impairment ratings, treatment plans, future medical cost projections, adjustments, computerized and audiometric testing, as well as hearing aid repair and warranty support. Home Health & Discharge Coordination
Why Levius medical?
Let Levius handle your patient’s hospital discharge following surgeries or stays. Levius’ care coordinators will work closely with the discharge planners and physicians to assist in getting the patient released with all the Medical Equipment, Home Health, and Modifications necessary.
Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Role: Assist with daily living activities and provide non-medical support under RN or LPN supervision.
- Services: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, personal care, companionship, eating assistance, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Monitors patient's condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise.
Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment and light housekeeping.
Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Role: Provide high-level medical care.
- Services: Administer medications, wound care, Intravenous (IV) treatments, manage medical equipment, Tracheostomy care, conduct comprehensive assessments, feeding tube care, Catheter care and develop care plans.
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Role: Offer essential medical care under RN supervision.
- Services: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, change dressings, assist with basic medical procedures, and support rehabilitation exercises. Administering and supervising medications, Monitoring vital signs, Ostomy/gastrostomy care, Pain care/control Instruction.
At-Home Physical Therapy
At-home physical therapy involves delivering rehabilitation services directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

HOME HEALTHCARE
Experience Home Health with Levius Medical offering a team to help coordinate injured workers’ needs with an agency that best suits the patient and their environment. Levius can provide services from Skilled RN, PT, or OT to Caregiver Services designed to promote recovery and wellness in the comfort of their own homes.
Bathrooms
Home modifications for bathrooms are essential for enhancing accessibility, safety, and independence for individuals with mobility challenges, disabilities, or aging-related needs. These modifications aim to create a user-friendly environment that accommodates various physical abilities, ensuring that daily activities such as bathing and using the restroom can be performed with ease and dignity. Bathroom shower grab bars, toilets, tubs, and storage are just a few of the items Levius can handle.
Vehicle Modifications
Car lifts are essential modifications designed to enhance vehicle accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges. These devices enable easy and safe transfer of wheelchairs, scooters, and individuals into and out of vehicles, providing greater independence and convenience for daily transportation. Customization of Vehicles, Van Conversions, Lifts, and Trailers are available.
Levius’ vehicle modification program assesses and installs equipment such as scooter hitch lifts, full-size van lifts, 4-point tie-downs, and more on the injured worker’s vehicle, always maintaining safety and cost containment are a priority. We offer nationwide driving assessments. Our vehicle/injured worker medical assessments are performed prior to determining the best system for the injured worker. Our team will obtain quotes with several dealers and vendors to get the best and most competitive pricing for our clients. All modifications and vehicles come with a warranty, with the option of an extension.
Additions
Home additions are modifications designed to create additional living space and improve accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges, disabilities, or aging-related needs. These additions are customized to enhance comfort, safety, and independence, ensuring that the home environment meets the specific requirements of its residents. This includes ramps, lifts, maneuvering space, doorway widening, stairlifts, kitchen cabinets, countertops, food storage, and utensil access.
Elevators
Home elevators are modifications designed to enhance vertical accessibility within a multi-story home. These elevators provide a convenient, safe, and efficient way for individuals with mobility challenges, disabilities, or aging-related needs to navigate between floors, promoting independence and ease of movement.
Temporary and Permanent
Home and vehicle modifications enhance accessibility, safety, and independence for individuals with mobility challenges, disabilities, or aging-related needs. These modifications can be temporary or permanent, depending on the duration of need and specific requirements. Our Residential Risk Assessment (RRA) identifies and qualifies all known long-term liability exposure costs, given the claimant’s prognosis and current physical condition of the claimant’s residence. Levius always provides Nationwide ADA licensed contractors.
