All vendor facilities and affiliated practitioners meet stringent credentialing standards, adhering to National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Accreditation Standards or equivalent, maintaining our commitment to high-quality care.

Quality Standards

Levius requires all network providers to submit a comprehensive credentialing application before providing services. Our credentialing committee rigorously reviews each applicant's work history, current professional liability insurance, educational background, board certification (if applicable), history of loss, sanctions, or other disciplinary activities. The process includes an on-site visit to evaluate the provider's practice location or facility.

Levius ensures the confidentiality of all vendor information throughout the credentialing process, with restricted access maintained at each step. Providers must consistently meet our credentialing criteria to maintain compliance and uphold our standards of care.
